How is growing and scaling your #startup going?
It’s a wet and wild adventure on the #entrepreneurship waters…
As you guide your raft down the river your success (or failure) depends on who you choose to row alongside you, your knowledge of the river, and your ability to guide the raft in times of uncertainty.
I explained Blacksmith Ventures to a couple of founders this week like this:
– On one side of the spectrum is the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁… They advice as you row like hell down the river.
– On the other side of the spectrum is 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹… They give you some paddles, a map, and tell you to hurry the hell up.
Then you have the 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵… We jump in your boat alongside you, grab a paddle, and support the hell out of you.
How quickly you go from “startup” to “momentum” depends on the mindset and resourcefulness of your leadership team.
